Objectives: To understand the principles, tools and process of implementing Lean methodology in transactional processes in order to improve the quality and speed of processes using simple means of eliminating waste.

Target audience: Personnel with office or direct engagement with clients, financial or production and repair / service companies, engineers, economists, industrial managers, operators / officers, maintenance and repair staff.

Duration: 2 days + consulting / coaching to solve practical problems, depending on the customer's choice.

• How we convert a conventional process into a lean process
• Simulation "FULGER" - Round 1
• Mapping the value flow (current situation)
• Mapping the value flow (future situation)
• Management of change
• Achieving the "flow" of the value (flow)
• Absorption / drawdown by customer (pull)
• Protection against errors (poka-yoke)
• Simulation "FULGER" - Round 2
• Discussion. Examining.Closing the course
