Objectives: Understanding the principles, techniques and importance of communication, both internally, i.e. within an organization or community (office, department, team) and externally, i.e. towards clients and the public. Developing the students' abilities to influence and convince people, to be agents of change in their workplace. Learning about the most effective and least harmful style of conflict management: collaboration, which, unlike the others, involves changing the attitude towards the conflict and focusing both on the object of the conflict and on the relationship with the other, who from an opponent becomes a partner.
Target audience: Personnel with management and execution functions (middle or senior level) from production and/or service companies, involved in the leadership/management of teams, departments, divisions or organizations/institutions – project managers, sales agents, team leaders, department/workshop heads, production/sales/logistics directors, general managers.
