Objectives: Learning basic skills for applying quality tools: SPC, MSA, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP and Control Plan, as well as correlation with IATF 16949.

Target audience: Personnel from production or service companies, involved in the development, control or management of processes in the departments of quality, process engineering, production, management as well as personnel involved in internal system, process, or product audits.

Duration: 4 days. Optionally, additional days can be agreed for real applications.

• Day 4: APQP (AIAG, 3rd ed.) & PPAP (AIAG, 4th ed.)& CP (1^st ed)
  • Introduction to APQP
  • Phases of product quality planning
  • Introduction to PPAP
  • PPAP levels and requirements
  • Control Plan
