Design for Six Sigma (DFSS)

Category: 09_SIX SIGMA
Length: 8 days

Planning:

Purpose and brief description

DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) methodology is one of the most effective and efficient approaches for creating/designing new products and/or processes with flawless quality delivered from the very beginning. In ascending order of complexity of the tools presented, there are 3 levels of training/certification in DFSS: Green Belt (GB), Black Belt (BB) and Master Black Belt (MBB). GB is the first and basic level in DFSS methodology. Successful completion of this Six Sigma DFSS GB course certifies that participants are able to lead DFSS projects of low and medium complexity.

Target audience:

Associates, middle and senior managers executing and/or managing and designing processes employees from manufacturing or services companies, involved in creating/designing and testing new products and/or processes, such as: engineers from manufacturing or design departments, department heads/managers, experts in Human Resources, Logistics, Financial Services, Customer Relations, etc.
