- Role of the Quality Department
- Quality Management Systems - quality principles, description of quality standards and summary of the ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 structure, types of documented information and their control
- Data collection and analysis - Sampling, Data types
- Quality tools - SPC, MSA
- Measurement and control - measuring and control equipment, ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 requirements, calibrations, MSA
- Introduction to reading technical drawings - Key elements of dimensioning, Tolerances, Sections
- Discussions. Examination. Course closure
