Description and purpose:

Definition of DOE, understanding the difficulties that arise in applying DOE, selecting an "experimental design", planning and how to use Minitab in carrying out DOE as well as interpreting the results of an experiment.

Target audience:

Personnel from manufacturing or service companies, involved in the development, control or management of processes - engineers from quality departments, process engineering, production, department heads, specialists in Logistics, Customer Service, etc.

For greater interactivity and understanding of DOE tools, Sigma XL or MINITAB software will be used.
