• Application (initiation phase)
• Project planning (will address: project plan, allocation of activities - WBS, risk management, resources and budget, Gantt chart, critical path),
• Application (planning phase)
• Monitoring a project (topics discussed: monitoring objectives, monitoring tools, communication management, measuring progress, monitoring expenditures)
• Application (execution and monitoring of a project)
• Closing the project (will be addressed, acceptance of deliverables, lessons learned, “lesson learned” and project report)
• Practical application (closing the project)
• Discussions,
• Examination and evaluation, conclusion of the training.
It is recommended, that the participants have acces to the MS Project software
