Objectives: understanding the preparation method for CE Marking, as well as the main legislative requirements involved

Target audience: Personnel from manufacturing or service companies involved in the implementation of a Conformity Assessment Procedure in order to apply the CE marking to industrial machines – technicians, engineers, managers, specialists in Maintenance, Machine design or similar departments, Engineering, Maintenance, Machine Design.

Agenda:

  • Introduction
  • Introduction to CE marking – purpose, applicability, objectives.
  • Applicable legislation (national and European)
  • Necessary skills for personnel involved in conformity assessment and CE marking
  • Approach to the design / modification / import of a machine in order to verify and admit the machine according to the requirements of the MACHINERY DIRECTIVE.
  • Organization and documents required in the Technical File
  • Conditions for drawing up Work Instructions, Safety Instructions, Manufacturer's Manual
  • Practical workshop for assessing the conformity of a machine
  • Analysis of the machine / line and identification / assessment of risks
  • Machine conformity assessment
  • Establishment of technical / organizational measures for non-conformities
  • Measures plan for applying the necessary technical safety measures to the machine to comply with the standard.
  • Organization of the Technical File. Exploitation and operation in normal mode and in case of technological breakdowns. Maintenance and upkeep.
  • Examinations and testing in operation (in all working modes), to verify the conformity of the machine with the applicable requirements, after applying the technical compliance measures. according to the Measures Plan.
  • Model CE Declaration of Conformity and CE marking label - form requirements.
