Objectives: Introduction to Lean and the main objectives of the approach
Target audience: Personnel from manufacturing or service companies, involved in the development, control or management of processes - engineers from quality departments, process engineering, production, department heads, specialists in Logistics, Customer Service, etc.
Duration: 2 days: • 1 day theory and applications in the classroom • 1 day practical applications in the work area.
Course content: • Introduction to Lean and history • Lean purpose and main objectives • Added value and Waste • The 7 losses (Muda, Muri, Mura) + Application, • Main objectives of continuous improvement tools • Basic principles and ideas in Lean systems • Tools used in Lean + Application, • 5S methodology (before/after examples in production areas and office areas) • Objectives and monitoring + Application, • Visual management, • Structured method for solving problems, • Discussions, evaluation, examination, conclusion of the course.
Lecturer: Lecturer with over 15 years of experience in industry and consultancy with expertise in the use of course tools and training.
