Objectives: Introduction to Lean and problem-solving methods.
Target audience: Personnel from manufacturing or service companies, involved in the development, control or management of processes - engineers from quality departments, process engineering, production, department heads, specialists in Logistics, Customer Service, etc.
Duration: 3 days: • 2 days of theory and applications in the classroom. • 1 day of practical applications in the work area.
Agenda: • Introduction to Lean, • Lean purpose and main objectives • Basic principles and ideas in Lean systems • 5S methodology (before/after examples in production areas and office areas) • SMART objectives • Standardization (implementation, standard procedure and one point lesson) • Structured method for solving problems, • PDCA approach, • Discussions, evaluation, examination, conclusion of the course.
Lecturer: Lecturer with over 15 years of industry and consulting experience with expertise in using course tools and training.
