Objectives: Understanding the importance and benefits of using and how to use the Control Plan. Presentation of its link with the other quality instruments - SPC, MSA, FMEA and with the quality standard in the automotive industry - IATF 16949.

Target audience: Personnel from production or service companies, involved in the development, control or management of processes in the quality, process engineering, production, management departments, as well as personnel involved in internal system, process or product audits.

Duration: 1 day + the possibility of another day of consulting following the projects assigned to the students.
