Objectives: To understand the QRQC problem-solving methodology, the main tools used (5 What, Ishikawa, IS-IS NOT, 5W2H, etc.) and acquire the necessary knowledge to use them in an optimal way

Target audience: Staff from manufacturing or service companies involved in the process, control or process management - engineers from quality departments, process engineering, production, department heads, supervisors, logistics specialists, customer service, etc.

Duration: 2 days + possibility of another day of consultancy for the projects allocated to the students
