REFA 1st Module - Methods of Work Design

Objectives:
Ability to understand and use REFA and time types as helper tools to clearly define a process based on the work system, human resources, equipment and information.

The 32 lessons will last for 45 minutes, each.

Training information:
• 4 days from 09:00 to 17:00.
• The consultant is from REFA GMBH Germany

Planned period and location:
Depending on planning (Continental Forum Hotel, Arad)

Registration:
• The number of places is limited to 15 participants/module.

• Places will be reserved only after the payment has been paid in full at least 15 days before the training starts.
