Renault Group New Product Quality Procedure (RGPQP)

Objectives: RGPQP is the procedure used by Renault to ensure the quality of purchased parts throughout the supply chain. The course will address the specific requirements for Renault starting from the initial design phase, planning and going through all the stages covering the product's life cycle. The trainees will understand the RGPQP procedure and its specific details.

Target audience: Employees in companies with production or service activities, involved in the development, control or management of processes in the quality, process engineering, production, purchasing, logistics-supply departments, the management team as well as personnel involved in internal system, process or product audits.
