Process Optimization Workshop
On March 12, our company organizes a workshop in Arad at the Continental Forum hotel with the theme "Process Optimization", where we will have as guests: InterMarium Company from Poland, Centro Software from Italy and company Arkite NV from Belgium. This workshop is intended for CEO's, Plant Manager, Operational Manager, Manager Engineering as well as other people who are responsible for improving processes in the factory.
InterMarium company from Poland is an IT company that will present a simulator for Layout models that can be used in any production and logistics area. This software allows you to create layout scenarios depending on the processes you have, scenarios that allow you to increase the capacity and optimize the entire production flow and materials. Based on data, for example OEE, you can run scenarios over a longer period of time (eg, 3-6 months) and you can see where problems will arise in the manufacturing process as well as options with different possibilities that will help Avoid them (process stops and failures).
Centro Sofware is a company in the IT field, founded in 1988 and is the second generation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software as well as BPM (Business process model). Centro software ERP software, that is the general management system for the monitoring, control and integrated management of all the activities, processes and operations carried out by the company, is a software that allows the company to be directed to the new concept of Industry 4.0. Centro Software also has a long standing in the implementation of BPM (Business Process Modeler) systems, an efficient solution for managing the easy-to-use process flow, a solution that helps to create, modify and model processes in a controlled and efficient manner.
The company Arkite NV from Belgium will present the HIM (Human Interface Mate) software with practical application, which transforms the workstation into a digital and interactive environment. It is in fact a revolution in the technology of the operator's guide in the manufacturing process. This software in principle uses the projection on the working table of the manufacturing process and steps and here of course we are talking about an increase in efficiency by preventing human error and increasing the quality. products.
The price per person is 140 ron (VAT included).
