Objective: Understanding the 8D problem-solving methodology, the main tools used and acquiring the knowledge needed to use them effectively.

Target Audience: Personnel from production or service companies, involved in the development, control or management of processes - technicians or engineers from the departments of quality, process engineering, maintenance, production, heads of departments, specialists in Logistics, Procurement, Human Resources, Customer Service.

Training duration: 2 days + optional another day of consulting for projects allocated to the participants.

  • D1: Establish the team
  • D2: Description of the problem
  • D3: Intermediate safety actions
  • Practical application D1-D3
  • D4: identification of root causes

  • D5: Selection and verification of permanent corrective actions (ACP)
  • D6: Implementation and validation of ACP
  • Practical application D5-D6
  • D7: prevention of recurrence
  • D8: Recognition of contributions and lessons learned.
  • Practical application: D7-D8
  • Examination and completion of the training.
