- common problems in communication with suppliers and ways to approach them;
- what are conflicts and what are the main ways to resolve them;
- negotiation - how is it done and what are its benefits.
Target audience: It is addressed to employees from various organizations working within Supplier Quality Assurance, personnel from production or service companies, involved in the development, control or management of processes that are in direct relation with the supplier; quality department, transport managers, logistics specialists. It is also addressed to employees who have functions that involve communication, negotiation and conflict resolution, both internal and external.
