Objectives: Understanding the A3 problem-solving methodology, the main tools used and acquiring the necessary knowledge to use them effectively.

Target audience: Personnel from manufacturing or service companies, involved in the development, control or management of processes - technicians or engineers from the quality, process engineering, maintenance, production departments, department heads, specialists in Logistics, Procurement, Human Resources, Customer Service.

Duration: 2 days + optionally another day of consultancy for projects assigned to students
