• Identification of solutions
• Implement and verify the effectiveness of solutions

• Exam and completion of the course.

• Description of the tools used (time diagram, Pareto diagram, Flow Diagram, Ishikawa, 5 What Case, Tree Diagram, Brainstorming, Benchmarking, Gantt Chart, Measures Plan, VOC).
• Describe how to chain the tools.
• Team applications.
