Objectives: To understand the importance and benefits of the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analyze), how to use the current user level and how to link to other quality tools (SPC, MSA, 8D, PPAP).

Target audience: Personnel from manufacturing or service companies involved in running, controlling or leading processes in quality departments, process engineering, production, management, and personnel involved in internal system, process, or product audits.

Duration: 2 days. Optionally an additional day of consultancy for real application projects in the company of the client.
