Target audience: Personnel from manufacturing or service companies involved in running, controlling or leading processes in quality departments, process engineering, production, management, and personnel involved in internal system, process, or product audits.
Duration: 2 days. Optionally an additional day of consultancy for real application projects in the company of the client.
