Objectives: Basic understanding of the practical benefits of measuring system analysis and how to determine the capability of discreet and continuous measurement systems (GRRs).

Target audience: Personnel from manufacturing or service companies involved in running, controlling or leading processes in quality departments, process engineering, production, management, and personnel involved in internal system, process, or product audits.

Duration: 1 day

Training agenda:
The course is based on the AIAG, MSA, 4th edition.

• Introduction to MSA (Analysis of Measurement Systems)
• MSA implementation and interpretation for continuous data
• MSA implementation and interpretation for attribution data
• Discussions, examinations, closing the course.

MSA is a mathematical procedure for quantifying the variation induced by a process or produced by the measurement action. For greater interactivity and understanding of MSA tools we recommend access to PCs (2 participants / PCs) to be installed (free, trial version) MINITAB. MINITAB software can be downloaded free of charge for 30 days from www.MINITAB.com (https://www.minitab.com/en-us/products/minitab/free-trial/)

Trainer:
