  • Understanding the processes of public administration
  • Value flow mapping (current situation)
  • Value flow mapping (future situation)
  • Management of change
  • Realization of the flow (value)
  • The absorption / withdrawal of value by the client / citizen / taxpayer (pull)
  • Bug protection (poka-yoke)
  • Simulation "OFFICE OF COMPLAINTS" - round 2
  • Discussion. Examination. Training closure.
