Objectives: TWI and OJT are training programs originally developed during the First World War and then World War II at government level in the United States of America.
The goal was to rapidly increase productivity, with the exponential increase in the number of new staff and without any experience in organizational processes.
The course has an introductory level, the modules being explained in more detail separately, together with specific applications.

Target audience: Staff from manufacturing and service companies involved in controlling or managing processes, and particularly interested in training staff to increase operational productivity.

Duration: 2 days

• Introduction
• Introduction to TWI (historical appearance, results, description, purpose, comparison between methods and systems, necessity, applicability domains)
• TWI principles and activities (TWI module modules, trainers' skills, TWI module structure)
• Introduction to OJT (description, purpose)
• Types, techniques and methods OJT (necessity, types, advantages)
• Discussions. Examination. Close course

Trainer:
Trainer with over 15 years of experience in industry and consultancy with expertise in the use of training tools.
